In this class, students will receive guidance on ways to design and build a small batch production line of jewelry. This class will run with the specific goal of students joining the Baltimore Jewelry Center at the American Craft Made School-to-Market booth at ACC 2027. During the 12 weeks of this class students will learn fabrication skills, streamlining processes, pricing, and marketing skills.

Prerequisite: Metals and Jewelry 1 or equivalent experience.

Materials kit provided. Registration includes a $50 materials fee.

Tuition and fees for classes at the Baltimore Jewelry Center are subsidized in large part by grants and contributions from our community. The rate that we charge for each class covers only 60% of the true cost to run the class. In an effort to more equitably fund our classes and encourage more donations to subsidize our programs, we are now pricing classes on a sliding scale. If you are able to do so, please consider paying a higher rate for your class. The difference you pay will be considered a donation and you will be issued a donation receipt.
