From fidget rings to revealed hidden parts this class will show you ways to make your jewelry move. We will focus on fabrication methods like rivets and soldering as well as design challenges that come with moving parts. This class will help grow your skills in design and measuring along with the technical skills it will take to make pieces that fit together just right.

Prerequisite: Metals + Jewelry 1 or equivalent experience 

 $430 (includes a $50 materials fee)

Tuition and fees for classes at the Baltimore Jewelry Center are subsidized in large part by grants and contributions from our community. The rate that we charge for each class covers only 60% of the true cost to run the class. In an effort to more equitably fund our classes and encourage more donations to subsidize our programs, we are now pricing classes on a sliding scale. If you are able to do so, please consider paying a higher rate for your class. The difference you pay will be considered a donation and you will be issued a donation receipt.
