A portfolio-based course focused on the design and fabrication of bridal jewelry. Students would learn to create wedding bands and engagement rings while exploring ring construction, setting methods, fit, and bridal design considerations.

Prerequisite: Metals + Jewelry 2 or equivalent experience. 

Materials kit provided. Registration includes a $50 material fee.

Tuition and fees for classes at the Baltimore Jewelry Center are subsidized in large part by grants and contributions from our community. The rate that we charge for each class covers only 60% of the true cost to run the class. In an effort to more equitably fund our classes and encourage more donations to subsidize our programs, we are now pricing classes on a sliding scale. If you are able to do so, please consider paying a higher rate for your class. The difference you pay will be considered a donation and you will be issued a donation receipt.
