Scoring and bending sheet metal is an efficient way to add complexity and volume to three-dimensional form without sacrificing structural integrity or adding additional solder seams. In this workshop, students will learn how to quickly score sheet metal to achieve both straight and curved bends for a variety of applications.

$390 (includes a $25 materials fee)

Prerequisite: Introduction to Metals + Jewelry or equivalent experience.

Tuition and fee for classes at the Baltimore are subsidized in large part by grants and contributions from our community. The rate that we charge for each class covers only 60% of the true cost to run the class. In an effort to encourage more donations and subsidize our programs, we are now pricing classes on a sliding scale. If you are able to do so, please consider paying a higher rate for your class. The difference you pay will be considered a donation and you will be issued a donation receipt.
